Company History

Phoenix Diagnostics , Inc. was founded in 1989. Throughout the late 90′s, the company was principally focused in the private-label manufacture of Quality Controls and calibration verification materials for leading in vitro diagnostics companies across the United States. Among its most notable OEM partnerships during this period, was a multi-year contract secured with Sigma Diagnostics (formerly of Sigma-Aldrich) for the development of bilirubin and enzyme linearity controls. Over the last five years, Phoenix has considerably diversified its alternative consumables portfolio to include a full supplement of replacements reagents, calibration packs, and electrodes designed for use with over 100 different Blood Gas, Electrolyte, Co-Oximetry, and Chemistry analyzers. Our comprehensive coverage of popular Bayer, AVL, and Hitachi instrumentation has allowed us to acquire market presence in over forty countries worldwide through a variety of distribution partnerships in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Seeking to expand revenue growth beyond our current international client base, Phoenix’s present objective is to aggressively target U.S. domestic markets that have been typically underserved by prevailing medical supply buying groups (i.e. independent hospitals, clinical labs, physicians’ offices, and veterinarian clinics). Through a concerted focus on full service-coverage of select critical care analyzers, we believe that Phoenix Diagnostics can satisfy an unmet demand among end-users within these markets. As always, we are committed to providing cost-effective, quality-engineered in vitro diagnostics materials, without sacrificing a commitment to service, speed, and reliability. |
